Land Surveying

Topographic surveying for roads, bridges, sewers, shopping centers, recreational facilities and other civil engineering related projects using electronic total stations and data collectors. All information is electronically stored in the data collectors, transferred to computers, and developed into plan information using Digital Terrain Modeling software.

GPS Surveys

Control location and topography of any engineering project using state of the art GPS Receivers. All receivers are dual frequency (static or RTK) units with on-the-fly tracking and differential measuring capabilities. Survey data is downloaded electronically to computers for analysis and conversion to state plane coordinates and/or ground coordinates.

Construction Staking

Location and grade surveying for roads, bridges, sewers, drainage ditches, building projects, parking lots, and utilities. Construction control developed and established using electronic total stations and data collectors as well as GPS RTK technology. Direct downloading of coordinate data from software to data collector improves the speed and accuracy of staking a project.

Legal Surveys

Plats, property descriptions, and property surveys for industrial and commercial land transfers. American Land Title Association (ALTA) Land Title Surveys are completed using the aforementioned Electronic Total Stations, Data Collectors, and Global Position Satellite (GPS) equipment.
