EXPERIENCE

Mr. de Gortari has been Vice-President of USI Consultants, Inc. since 1982. He is an experienced accountant. Prior to joining the firm, he was employed with several CPA firms in Mexico as a staff auditor. He also was employed by Proctor & Gamble de Mexico, S.A., as sales accounting manager for two years, in charge of accounts receivable for over 10,000 customers; and as a Cost Department Manager for two years in charge of the accounting control of the company's production, payroll, and inventories.
