Our condominium sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a private balcony overlooking the spectacular waters of the Gulf. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer, dryer and cable TV. Guests have full use of the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, tennis court, hot tub, and children's wading pool. Pelican Pointe Condominium is also conveniently located close to many unique shopping establishments and fine restaurants. In addition, there are two elevators for added convenience.

Our unit is equipped with a master bedroom with a king size bed and adjoining bath, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and one bedroom with two (2) full size beds. All linens & towels are provided! The family room opens onto a large balcony overlooking the Gulf (also from the master bedroom), and is adjacent to the dining room (See the floor plan). The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen area. All you need to bring to the kitchen is your food!!! The necessities are provided. It also includes Color TV's, cable, stereo, VCR's, microwave and dishwasher.

Driving Directions

HOW DOES THIS WORK? Simple. Just call Alex: at 317-544-4996 and check on the availability and pricing of the Condo. Then print a copy of the agreement, sign and mail it along with your deposit check of $200 to the address on the agreement. Approximately 3 weeks before your arrival date send the rental amount required to Temple Investments III, LP and we will mail you an arrival package, including directions to the condo, two (2) condo keys, parking passes, and a key return envelope. That's it! Just show up on your arrival date and enjoy the beautiful white sand beach, the warm Gulf breeze, and our home away from home.
