Security/Reservation Deposit: $200.00 (Required at time of
reservation)
Enclose a check for $200.00 along with this signed Agreement to
reserve Pelican Pointe - Unit 1403. I, the undersigned, understand
that this deposit will also serve as a security deposit. Any cost
to repair damage done to the unit caused by the undersigned, and/or
his/her guests, while occupying this unit will be subtracted from
the deposit. The deposit will be returned within 10 days of vacating
the unit. The deposit is refundable only up to 14 days prior to
the arrival date. Make checks payable to: TEMPLE INVESTMENTS III,
LP
RULES:
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- NO SMOKING WITHIN THE UNIT
- MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT
I, the undersigned, agree to provide a PERSONAL CHECK (Must
be received 14 days prior to arrival date.), CASHIER'S CHECK,
MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, TRAVELERS CHECK, OR CASH for
the total rent due (Shown Above) prior to occupying PELICAN POINTE
- UNIT 1403. Reservations cannot be confirmed until a signed agreement,
along with the $200.00 deposit check, is received by Temple Investments
III, LP.
