EXPERIENCE

Mr. Beer joined the firm as Vice-President in charge of Engineering development in June of 1992. He has been involved with transportation related projects since his graduation from Purdue in 1984. He has designed and managed numerous bridge replacements, inspection and/or repair projects along with other related transportation projects throughout his career. Phil has experience with Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) design projects', and has worked with numerous counties and municipalities (local agencies) developing projects making use of federal highway funds and other possible funding sources administered by the INDOT.

Phil also has extensive experience with federal aid bridge inspection. As shown above he has a complete comprehensive bridge inspection training course and update in accordance with the 1991 bridge inspection training manual's specifications.
