EXPERIENCE

Mr. Snider joined the firm in September of 1997. Mr. Snider has over 17 years experience in the design and management of a variety of transportation projects. His experience ranges from small structure replacements and intersection improvements to studies and design of expressway facilities with interchanges.

Before joining USI, Mr. Snider, was the manager of the highway design division for another consulting firm. He was the chief design engineer and project manager in charge of numerous INDOT and local agency projects, including the lead engineer on the development of preliminary engineering studies for the INDOT. Mr. Snider also was in charge of site design, hydrologic/hydraulic design and studies, traffic design and studies, as well as transportation planning projects. His responsibilities included working with clients during project conception/scope of work, project staffing assignments, scheduling, and quality control.

At a previous firm, Mr. Snider was a project design engineer. There, he was ultimately in charge of the design of all LPA (Local Public Agency) highway projects. Mr. Snider also has experience in construction inspection and land surveying. His familiarity with all phases of project development and "constructability" issues insures that a quality design will be provided to the owner.
