Community Commitment
Usefully Serving Indiana, our group to organize philanthropic endeavors, pairs up our pledge and our people at USI. to help care for Indiana communities dealing with issues felt worldwide: hunger, poverty, disease, homelessness. Together we help lessen the burdens and increase the benefits for those who share our Indiana home.
USI routinely participates in activities and holds fundraisers to benefit local groups such as Lawrence Community Garden, Gleaners Food Bank, Helping Paws, Inc., Adopt-a-Highway, and Family Promise.
USI is a one-of-a-kind engineering firm, with a passion for working hard and having fun while doing it.
Social Events
Tradition, fun, and family are at the center of USI events. Hard work deserves recognition and events year-round are our way of doing so. Whether it’s our annual chili cookoff, cornhole tournament, department outings at Top Golf, or holiday party, we embrace having fun at USI. Our team gets together for a monthly happy hour to stay connected across offices and departments.
